Strength/Cardio Circuit Workouts: 6:30am, 9am M-F, 6:30pm M/T/W, Sat 8am

Designed specifically for the active adult. Get in shape, maintain current fitness, or cross train. Sessions are 45-50 minutes in length and are a combination of strength and cardio based exercises and intervals. Many of the exercises use body weight only, others utilize basic equipment such as bands, med balls, trx, weights, etc. Results include: muscle tone, fat loss, improved strength, improved cardio, balance, mobility, and flexibility.

Gym membership required. First/trial session is free.

High School Student-Athlete Workouts: 4-5pm T/Th

Student-athletes will build strength, power, speed, muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, quickness, balance, coordination, ability to recover, and mobility. The sessions will be a challenging combination of body weight strength exercises, weighted exercises, aerobic and anaerobic cardio intervals, cone/ladder/footowork drills, stability, balance, and flexibility.
